If your employer uses BoxMaster and gave you an account, this page is for you.
There is nothing to sign here and nothing to accept. This page exists so you know what information about you is on the platform, who decides what happens to it, and what you can do about it.
BoxMaster is operated by Herrera Master Solutions LLC. We build the software. Your employer — the motor carrier you work for — is our customer.
Your employer gave you this account and your employer can take it away. They decide what you can see and what you can do on the platform. If they remove your access, that is their decision, and we act on it.
The work records you create belong to your employer, not to you and not to us. Routes, deliveries, hours-of-service logs, inspections, fuel purchases — those are the company's operating records. Federal law requires the carrier to keep many of them.
Your personal profile is yours. Your name, your contact details, your login. If you leave and go to another carrier, you take your profile with you and arrive with a clean slate.
We do not track your phone. BoxMaster never asks your device for your location.
This is the question drivers ask first, so here is the plain answer.
BoxMaster does not ask your phone for your location and does not track where you are. The app does not request location permission.
Position information reaches the platform in three ways:
Your employer does, for anything related to your work.
We hold those records on their behalf. We do not use them for our own purposes, we do not sell them, and we do not share them except with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
If you want a work record corrected or removed, ask your employer. If they ask us to act, we act. If they do not, we cannot — those records are not ours to change.
Some records cannot be removed even if your employer wants to. Federal law requires motor carriers to keep records of duty status and their supporting documents for six months (49 CFR 395.8(k) and 49 CFR 395.22(i)). That obligation belongs to the carrier and neither of us can shorten it.
Open My Account in the app. You can see your profile, your verification photographs, and the documents your employer uploaded about you.
Edit it from My Account. If something is wrong in a work record — a route, a log, a payment — ask your employer.
From My Account inside the app, or from boxmasterapp.com/delete-account.
What gets deleted: your profile, your credentials, and your access. Once processed, you can no longer sign in and that information cannot be recovered.
What stays: the work records you created stay with your employer. Your name may still appear on records the carrier is required to keep. Those are the company's records, not your account.
What this does not do: deleting your BoxMaster account does not end your employment and does not tell your employer anything about why you did it.
Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what information about you is on the platform. We answer within 20 business days.
If your request concerns records your employer controls, we will pass it to them and help them answer it — but the decision is theirs.
The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to ask that it be deleted, to ask that it be corrected, and not to be treated worse for asking.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Send your request to the address below. Where the information belongs to the carrier you work for, we will route your request to them and support them in answering it.
You are using a system that produces regulated records. A few things are worth saying out loud:
If your employer asks you to falsify a record, that is between you and them — but the record will show what actually happened.
BoxMaster is not a safety system. It does not prevent accidents, it does not watch you drive, and it is not a substitute for your judgment. Drive safely and follow the rules of the road. Do not use the app while the vehicle is moving.
BoxMaster is not your employer. Questions about your pay, your schedule, your assignments, or your employment go to your employer, not to us.
BoxMaster uses AI to read some documents and photographs so nobody has to type their contents by hand — load documents, and photographs of fuel pump displays. Those are sent to OpenAI, which does not use them to train its models and deletes them after 30 days.
We do not send your license photographs, your face photograph, your signature, or your qualification documents to any AI service.
The in-app assistant is labeled as AI. It is not a person.
The full Privacy Policy covers everything on this page in more depth, including the complete list of companies that handle information on our behalf.
