Use this page to request the deletion of your BoxMaster account. You can also start the same request from inside the app.
Submitting this form does not delete anything on its own. It records your request. A member of our team reviews it and responds within 20 business days.
Deleting your account does not delete everything associated with it. Some records are not ours to remove, and some are required by law to be kept. Here is exactly what happens.
Your profile, your login credentials, and your contact details — name, email address, and phone number — are removed. Once the request is processed you will no longer be able to sign in, and this information cannot be recovered.
The records you created while working for a company are not yours. They belong to that company, and they stay with it.
Routes, deliveries, proof-of-delivery photos, vehicle inspections, hours-of-service logs, and fuel entries remain in your employer’s account as part of their operating records. We cannot remove them on your behalf, and your employer may be legally required to keep them.
What we delete is your profile: your credentials, your contact details, and your access. Your name may still appear on records your employer is required to retain — those are the company’s records, not your account.
Your access ends as soon as your request is processed — your login is not held open during any retention period.
However, your company’s hours-of-service records are retained for at least six months, because federal law requires it. Under 49 CFR 395.8(k) and 49 CFR 395.22(i), a motor carrier must retain records of duty status and their supporting documents for six months. We cannot shorten that period, and neither can you.
After that period those records are deleted permanently. Deletion is performed manually, so it may take place some time after the six months have elapsed — but never before.
If you are the only administrator on your company’s account, please contact us before submitting this request so we can discuss what happens to the account and its records.
Once your account is deleted you lose all access to it. There is no way to log back in and download anything afterwards, and requesting a copy of your data from us takes up to 20 business days.
If there is anything you need — pay history, delivery records, inspection reports — export it from your account first.
We may contact you at this address to confirm your identity before deleting anything.

Nothing has been deleted yet. Your account remains active until we process the request, and we may contact you at the email address you provided to confirm your identity first.
If you still need a copy of your data, export it from your account now — once the deletion is complete we cannot retrieve it.
